This hall is Wheelchair Accessible and comes with a completely stocked, Kitchen including a professional dishwasher
The renter is responsible for obtaining a Special Occasion Liquor License.

This is required if there is to be any alcohol consumed on the premises.

Also the renter is then responsible for obtaining liability insurance for your special event.

Rental Cost is $200.00 for up to 5 hours, plus $25.00 for every hour after that.
Rentals for New Years Eve Cost would be $300.00 for up to 5 hours plus $25.00 for every hour after that.
Renters will be required to make arrangements for access to the hall prior to the event.

A deposit of $50.00 is required to hold the date.
On the day of the Rental a separate cheque in the amount of $200.00 is required as a damage deposit, which will be returned to the renter after the event.
